The Front-End Developer must have a strong foundation in developing online user experiences, with expert skills in converting design concepts into standards-compliant, semantic HTML, CSS and JavaScript code.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working on a multidisciplinary team, in a fast-paced environment with fluid processes. She or he will play a critical role in helping to manage the web site redesign.

Required skills:
2 years experience in development and coding for large-scale, content-driven sites
Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Familiarity with integrating Flash, video, and back-end functionality into front-end
designs
Experience working with source version control and testing cross-platform browser
compatibility
Self-starter who is able to multi-task and work well with little direction
