The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the processing of incoming goods, maintaining receiving records and accurately placing all received stock on shelves. He she is also accountable for picking and shipping items according to outgoing orders packing slips, while ensuring accuracy in the quantity and type of product selected. Utilizing computer program for outgoing shipments and bill preparation. Communication with freight companies and couriers to arrange outgoing shipments, and prepare all documents for the above. Providing assistance in relation to customer pick-ups. Cleaning and re-organizing of warehouse and assistance in taking physical inventory counts is also required.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

High School Graduate -Post Secondary Education an Asset

1-2 years related warehouse experience

Sound communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of shipping, warehousing and transportation logistics

Ability to read and record basic information, investigate discrepancies in received stock count

Forklift Lift Stacker operation experience

Computer knowledge and data entry skills

Accuracy and attention to detail and pride in work quality

Strong organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
