The candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise employees.

Demonstrate superior leadership and interpersonal skills.

Organize, co-ordinate and supervise the work for the various teams in accordance with the effective policies, laws and regulations, especially the ones related to Health and Safety issues.

Achieve productivity and accuracy standards.

Implement best practices methods.

Maximize existing work methods and integrate new ones.

Collaborate closely to maximize all levels of service, profitability, and inventory turnaround.

Professional and Academic Requirements :

3 to 5 years supervisory experience or College diploma in production.

Experience with warehouse management system and experience with implementation processes would be an asset

Excellent English knowledge

Intermediate knowledge of Windows environment
