Young working couple currently looking for two new roommates to join us in our large 3 bedroom two bath house. The rent is $ 333.00 per month with a deposit of $ 175.00 dollars. Utilities are split equally per person and are the following: Comcast Triple Play ie (Home phone, Internet, and Cable with DVR) Electric, Water, Pest control, Trash, Gas Looking for clean cool open minded People who paid their bills on time, who do not do drugs and are anti-drama and can abide by the few rules of the house, ie no shoes inside, no smoking inside, no drugs, and other things that should just be common sense, like clean up after yourself. We are searching for the right people to ensure a good fit. So we will be asking questions and expect you to do the same with us.
