500,000 points. This usually gets me a 2 BR, sometimes a 3 BR, if available. I dont own a particular unit (like # 38), so please dont ask what color the walls and flooring are! I own 1256th interest in a FairfieldWyndham building in Nashville, TN, & I can call in & go anywhere in the FairfieldWyndham system, or exchange unused points thru R.C.I. & pay their fees to go anywhere in the world (they have 3,000-4,000 places listed on their website, they claim).

I am to the point where I cant travel as much as in the past, & I need to sell these 500,000 points to someone who can use them. FairfieldWyndham wont split them up & let me sell you 125,000 points, unfortunately. Maintenance Fees are $222.08 per month. They are set up on my checking account & will be paid up-to-date when you take ownership of this package. I originally paid around $67,000 for this package, so if you think my price is too high, then make me an offer.

I already have reserved reservations for most of 2010 & part of 2011 for my family & friends, but I have about 6 weeks banked with R.C.I. that will expire within the next year or two, so there is plenty left for you to use. I would want the buyer to honor these reservations for my friends and family, too.

Please, no agents, brokers, front-fee resellers, or overseas scammers wanting to send me a genuine certified cashiers check for a lot more than the price (I already have one of these, from trying to sell an extra printer - it looks VERY REALISTIC, too; if I worked in a bank, I would probably take it, but it contains no name or address of the buyer)!
