One queen size bed, full size futon, alarm clock, and plenty of
storage. Pillows, linens and towels are provided.
RATES:
High Season---October-March-$1,650.00 a month plus hotel tax (13%)PLUS ADDTIONAL FEES.
Low Season----April-September -$1,400.00 a month plus (13%) hotel tax-PLUS ADDTIONAL FEES
Weekend rates---Check In Friday-Check Out Monday $250.00 plus 13% hotel tax PLUS ADDTIONAL FEES apply
Rates are based on season:
WEEKLY $600.00 per week plus 13% hotel tax.
Long Term lease available at discount rates...6 months or over
