This software help desk position requires great customer service and problem solving skills. Youll communicate with our clients via email, phone and directly online using the most up to date technology available. If you have the following credentials, we hope youll consider joining our team:

A friendly, happy, upbeat attitude
Professional and courteous phone manner
Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
Basic accounting understanding (Accounting 101 level)
A logical and analytical approach to problem solving
Capability to work both in teams and independently
Learn quickly
Ability to work calmly, even under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of integrated business systems, especially job based systems, is a plus
