Headstock Tune-up $85.00

A headstock tune up includes the following:

* Visual inspection

* Mechanical inspection

* Check bearings and belts

* Adjust speed stops

* Clean & lubricate internal components

* Blow out motor

* Inspect motor windings

Headstock Rebuild $799.00

With a headstock rebuild you will get the following:

* All necessary cleaning and lubricating (see tune-up)

* Replace quill assembly

* Minor filing, machining of metal parts

* Replace toggle Switch

* Power cord

* Replace all bearings (total of 4)

* Replace belts

* Idler shaft

* Control sheave assembly

* Fasteners

* Quadrant assembly (if needed)

* Speed control handle (if needed)

* No motor replace
