Responsible for monitoring and responding to alarms according to procedures. Work with a variety of vendors as required with troubleshooting communication failures and system problems. Demonstrate a complete working knowledge of all Monitoring Center alarms, Access control and CCTV systems. Assist vendors in the field to resolve alarm issues. Also they will work and address campus maintenance issues.
