Many of you have been asking me how the Royal Cruise Compensation Plan Works. I then called Ron Ottoviano (the founder of RCM) and he confirmed that the spillover I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ve been seeing in my Tier 2 Cycle 1 matrix is Company-Forced! WOW! As I am writing this, I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ve now got 10 people in my Tier 2 Cycle 1 matrix ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äú 6 from company spill and 4 of my personals who have cycled through Tier 1 Cycle 1.

By Tuesday at 4 pm, my Tier 1 Cycle 2 filled in and I earned $500 and got entered into Tier 1 Cycle 3. By the following morning (Wed morning) I filled Tier 1 Cycle 3 and earned another $500 and got entered into Tier 1 Cycle 4 ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äú and as I am writing this I only need 4 more people to complete Tier 1 Cycle 4 and I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ll earn another $500.
