It is a three bedroom and rent is $330 month (per person) plus roughly ($50 utilities). It is located a little bit south of Gladstone in Briarcliff at 1282 NW Vivion Road, KC MO 64118. You can view the apartment complex's website here: http: www.provincekc.com home.htm. They are beautiful apartment homes, and extremely well-priced in an incredibly safe part of town. Each unit has a washer dryer, huge windows with lots of natural light, are newly completed (around 2005), HUGE closets, and are all-electric. The community has a pool, gym, and a grocery store and caf?ɬ© right around the corner! They are conveniently located right off of I-35, I-29 71, and near Hwy 169-- only 16 miles from Graceland (and a quick commute since it is all highway driving), 5 minutes from Hospital Hill, and 10 minutes from the plaza! For those of you who are not from KC, it takes about that long to get anywhere anyway because of traffic, so don't let the 16 mile commute scare you!
