It is 5 blocks from UP and 3 from the Twilight room. It is a seven bedroom house with lots of space, it has two large living rooms, one has a TV and one is more of a quite place. It has a large kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge. It also has a washer and dryer and is fully furnished besides the bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, one on each floor. It is currently $500 a month including utilities, but will become $2750 a month for the entire house not including utilities starting in the summer, if there are 7 roommates that end up being around $392 each without utilities. The three roommates that live there now are very laid back and easy to get along with, very drama free environment. So if you have 4 people, or maybe less and need a place for the rest of this year or for next year, please contact me. Thanks.
