Hello,
My name is Ron Figueroa, and I have a Masters degree in Community and Counseling Psychology.

I am a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and have worked as an Applied Behavior Analyst, Qualified Mental Health Professional, Multi-Systemic Therapist and Clinician for many years.(License number 18 002022).

I have worked at the Anderson School, Devereux Foundation, Astor Home for Children Never Alone Inc. Department of Social Services, as well as other facilities that helped children and adolescents who were struggling with alcohol and drug issues as well as well as behavioral issues.

I have found that developing a more mulit systemic approach is the best type of treatment for the child.

By engaging as many helping entities as possible and working on a similar created plan, their is more of change of success for the child.

The parents or guardian must be intricately engaged in the written plan, and willing to work as a team with all of the other entities.
