Custom built reverse flow smoker pit. The reverse flow design makes the smoke penetrate the food more before it escapes the stacks. This produces a very deep and rich smoked flavor. You can also open it wide up to get the typical light smoked flavor that most pits offer. There are 4 large removeable cook racks and the tracks are in place to add 2 more if you wanted. The box on the back makes for a great sausage rack. I remove the bottom rack & hang the sausage from the upper rack. There is a very large wood box on the side. I have left room behind the wood box to add a turkey fish fryer. The trailer is built entirely of heavy 4 channel iron to last a lifetime. Unlike most of the pits out there this one pulls straight and true with no swaying and no bouncing. The weight is evenly distributed. I have never pulled this pit over 60mph though.
