I am looking for a larger place to live, preferably a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Currently, I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It would be nice if your property had some, if not all amenities such as: family room, dining room, fireplace and 2 car garage. However, theses features are optional. My current budget permit me pay between $900.00 to $1,050. By no means can I exceed this amount... neither do I want to because I cant afford it.

I am looking for homes in SW Bakersfield area and am not interested in East Bakersfield whatsoever. I also am not interested in the so called programs that charge enormous fees for pre-foreclosure and foreclosure homes, Ive been ripped off one time too many. Because of my current credit issues, I would like to avoid the excessive credit check fees. I would love to deal with the owner of property ( not agents) who is willing to rent to a single mom with limited income and challenged credit.
