I have a 2 month old baby and plenty of frozen breast milk. I produce a lot and dont want it to go to waste. Whatever I freeze will end up going to waste because I produce more than enough for my baby and some... I drink a lot of water, have an organic diet, I am a non smoker, exercise daily, have never used drugs and i am very healthy. NO HIV, STDs or anything like that.
