1,000s are being injured or killed by this phenomenon which has become epidemic over the past 8 years. Ordinary citizens of this country are under constant surveillance 24 7, often with illegal wiretaps and even Direct Electronic Weapons (DEW).

Who is responsible -- the tons of information reports many sources from the Mafia to our own government.

It is organized crime, it is a conspiracy to harm another human being no matter who is holding the stick or what hat they are wearing.

It appears to predominately target single women, Blacks, Jews and Gays, but no one is exempt.

It is apparently used for vengeance, spouse significant other abuse, against whistle blowers, and even for sport

It is a crime that is being committed on an innocent citizen.
