ATTENTION Massage Therapists. If you currently have clientele but dont have a beautiful space to provide services we can help! This quaint, downtown Fairhope location is for rent. We are looking for a competent massage therapist with at least 1 year in the field, professional liability insurance, and who is self-motivated. Rent includes, utilities (excluding phone and internet), receptionist, waiting area, answering service with appointment setting, bookkeeping, and private parking. Use of in house credit card system is available at an additional charge. We will consider furnishing room for right candidate.

Option 1 (ideal for more than one masseuse)
Rent by the day (8 hour periods) for a minimum of 4 days a month. $100 per day. First month’s rent and $250 deposit required upon signing agreement

Option 2
Rent by percentage. Pay no rent, just 40% of every massage. Use of our bookkeeping and scheduling services are required. $250 deposit is required upon signing agreement.

Option 3
Lease option. $650 per month. First month’s rent and $250 deposit are required upon signing agreement.
