Pencil ME In Inc. is looking for smart and motivated Area Managers to join our sales team. We need managers to hire and manage Business Development Managers for a specific geographical area.

This position will require you to pass along the company?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s training and ethics to your Business Development Managers, to track and supply help and motivation as needed and to communicate effectively in both directions.

The BDMs you hire will be consulting and selling to local business owners and decision makers at small and medium sized businesses. They will be prospecting and closing business face to face, door to door.

Our sales staff is not just sales reps for our company, they are Business Development Managers. We are a software company with products that enable businesses to increase their bottom line while making their customers HAPPY! A rare thing these days.

We provide on-going training though meetings, hands on and webinars.

We have a have new product that is in high sales mode and potential clients are on every street corner. Come and grow with us.

We will provide you with a starter kit.

You are paid a percentage of your BDM?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s commissions and residuals. In the first year your potential could be 6 figures and will keep growing after that.


Responsibilities:
- Hire and manage BDMs for your area
- Maintain Communications to BDMs and Division Managers
- Identify clients needs and cultivate effective sales strategies
- Contribute leadership through your experience and work ethics
- Keeping company aware of changing times and needs
- Team growth


Qualifications:
- Ask great questions - Listen to the answers
- Integrity
- Proven management skills
- Professional attire and manner
- Comfortable with hiring and firing
- Must like people
- Understand the sales process ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äú NO HARD SALES
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a computer with access to the Internet
