AccountantsWorld(.com) seeks an application specialist with a desire to help and service our existing customers. You will play an instrumental role in getting clients engaged with the products purchased and enhancing customer relationships. Payroll or accounting application experience preferred. The responsibilities of this position will require you to:
• Engage customers in fully utilizing AccountantsWorld products and services in order to enhance their practices and service their clients’ needs more effectively and efficiently.
• Answer basic questions, assist in resolution of administrative problems and direct our customers to appropriate product specialists for more involved technical issues
• Gather user feedback in order to improve our already highly rated products and services.
The Job Requirements for this position include:
• 1-2 years customer service experience; CRM experience preferable.
• BS preferably in Accounting or Business.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills, written communication skills, and telephone skills (people-friendly).
• Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Must be Internet savvy.
• Must demonstrate an ability to learn technical product features.
• Experience with accounting or payroll applications a plus.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed while enjoying helping customers.
This position’s salary range is $35K to $45K based upon level of experience.
