Accounting departments seeks A P associate.

The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for learning all facets of the accounts payable function and demonstrating strong abilities in the following areas:

- Work closely with Accounts Payable Manager and Senior Associate to ensure a pleasant and efficient a p group
- Working with internal parties to obtain the necessary invoice payment approvals
- Coding of invoices including the allocations of legal consulting invoices
- Performing daily invoice data entry
- Processing semimonthly payments, including printing, mailing and filing of checks
- Auditing employee expense reports and reconciling the corporate credit card
- Following-up on vendor and inter-office inquiries

Compensation is $16 Hourly and health benefits.
