Im looking to sublease my apartment from May 15th to August 15th.

Its a large and beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, with a large kitchen, and a huge balcony. The living room divides into two, which gives actually an extra half room. Its a 2nd floor with plenty of windows, so it gets a lot of light. It has hardwood floors in very good shape. It has A C and a washer dryer so you dont even need to leave the apartment to do the laundry. The place will be furnished with my own stuff. Pictures available on demand.

The apartment is located on Ridgeway Rd and Fontaine Rd, a block away from the bus stop and about 2 miles from UK, in a very nice, safe and lively area of Chevy Chase, very close to Ashland Park and to Starbucks, wine stores, Kroger, bars and restaurants. It will be available 3 months; the longer I can sublease it, the better. The rent is $700 per month and it includes wi-fi internet connection in the apartment, but it does not include utilities.
