2004 Kawasaki Vulcan VN2000. I bought this bike in Jan 2007. I cannot say enough good things about these motorcycles! Power whenever and wherever you want or need it. Handling is fantastic for a motorcycle of this size, the ride is awesome etc........ Since aquiring it I have added a taller windshield from Clearshields(old one goes with the bike), a chrome radiator cover, chrome air intake cover, chrome highway bars with chrome foot pegs. The bike also comes with driver and passenger backrests AND those big beautiful Corbin Beetle bags. The Corbin bags are fabulous, they make traveling for a long weekend sooooooo easy.

I have performed all maintenance on this bike since I have owned it, switching to Amsoil for motor oil as soon as I purchased the bike and have run Amsoil in it since the day I bought it. I have changed the oil every 4500 to 5000 miles religously. I replaced the wheel bearings last year as well as replacing the brake pads front and rear. There are no mechanical issues with this motorcycle whatsoever. The front fender has 2 small chip places, and there is one on the tank as well as one on the rear of the left Beetle Bag and a ding on the upper exhaust pipe due to some debris that fell from a pickup truck(That was a harrowing few seconds). The pipes are completely gutted, and for those of you who dont know what this motorcycle really is, let me tell you that your Harley buddies will be turning there heads when you crack the throttle on this thing with no baffles in it! They also dont like it very much when you go by them with the torque that 125 cubic inch engine has either:) Winner also receives the motorcycle jack that I have for the bike as well as the old windshield as I stated earlier, and I also have the original black radiator cover if you want it, I replaced it with the chrome cover. Ive had several questions about the pipes, they are VERY LOUD when you throttle the bike HARD, otherwise, in normal cruising they have a nice mellow growl but nothing to cause alarm. Ive been to bikeweek in Daytona, Myrtle Beach, even Las Vegas and havent had any problems with my pipes too loud(if youve been to Myrtle Beach you know how strict they are during bike week).
