Camper portion is 12 and contains shower, flush toilet, microwave, LP 120v refrig, 3 burner cooktop, hood exhaust fan light, double SS sink, LP gas leak detector, smoke detector, convertor, water heater, furnace, outside shower, dinette, sofa lounge, cold AC, GFI plugs, overhead lights, screen door, 18 awning and closets cabinets. The LP gas tanks (2) are 30# size. Very clean, no smokers, no pets.

Garage is 14 with tie downs, ceiling vent, window escape, sliding screen window, shelves tire rack, rubber flooring and fuel can access doors. Ramp is same rubber material with diamond plate wear strips. Tires are recently replaced including spare, brakes serviced prior to this season. New battery.

We used this trailer to transport our small race car and stay at the track. We also haul it up to the kids home and spend time in peace when we turn in. Any one who hunts and stays in the field will appreciate this complete and compact unit.

The trailer is tight, clean and ready to go. It will not disappoint.
