The bedroom is quiet, facing a backyard and there is AC in this room. There is also a fire escape out the second window, which you can step out onto and enjoy the summer night.

Living Room: Very large HDTV with Direct TV, over 200 channels including HBO, Showtime, Encore, ect. We also have a secure wireless internet connection. Many dvds and books to choose from. All utilities are included.

This apartment is 1 block from the 6 train which will take you anywhere in the city. Grand Central & Union Square are 15-25 minutes away. There are also numerous buses steps away, a laundry mat and deli across the street. Also plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shopping close by. Central Park is only 3 blocks away! Its the citys most amazing park and has free concerts all summer long.
