University Settlement at Houston Street Center is seeking to rent our newly built dance studio. The dance studio is designed with wall-to-wall mirrors. It is very suitable for a variety of exercise classes. The dimensions are 37 ft x 17.5 ft (647.5 sq ft) with sprung wood floors.
The dance studio is perfect for:
• Ballet
• Yoga
• Ballroom dancing
• …And many other classes.
We are conveniently located at 273 Bowery at the corner of Houston Street (right below Whole Foods). We are easily accessible by the B, D, F, V, N, R, J, M, Z and 6 subway lines; and/or the M15, M21 and M103 buses.
Affordable rates for all those interested!!
Times available for rental:
Tuesday: 3:00 to 4:30 pm
Thursday: 3:00 to 4:30 pm
Saturday: 12:00 to 2:00 pm
